Threadhopping: Yeah! Unless the thread might look serious... Or something. Just ask first so we know everyone is fine and dandy with it!
Fourthwalling: I'll pass on this one! I don't even know how you would fourthwall someone like Kei anyway...

Hugging this character: I would not recommend trying to hug Kei unless your CR is close to him, but by all means... If you want to... Go for it, honestly. It might make him really grumpy depending on the person.
Kissing this character: YOU CAN TRY?
Flirting with this character: OF COURSE... I mean, he might get embarrassed??? Maybe yell at you?? what's the worse that can happen...
Fighting with this character: How can I say no to this when he's a samurai... So yes, definitely go for it.
Injuring this character: YES! Like usual, a heads up would be great so I can actually give the a-ok or not.
Killing this character: ASK FIRST! Though 99% of the time I'll be all for it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Give me a heads up, I'll be definitely down for it!
